Ingredients
2 pears (about 320g)
200 g unsalted butter
200 g Dark chocolate
20 g Cocoa powder
80 g Plain flour
3 large eggs
250 g light brown sugar
a pinch of sea salt
20 g nuts of your choice (optional)

Prepare the pear filling - Quarter the pears lengthwise.
Step 2
Beat the eggs and sugar until thick and creamy (approximately 5 minutes).
Place a mixing bowl on top of a small saucepan filled about a quarter full with hot water, ensuring the bowl rests on the rim of the pan without touching the water.
