  • Transfer them into the sauce and toss.

  • Serve with your favourite wing sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese.

Tips and Tricks!

Would you like to enhance your cake a bit? Here are some recommendations:

  1. For extra crunch: Use an air fryer instead of the oven. Cook at 190°C for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.

  2. For a spicier kick: Add a teaspoon of sriracha or chilli flakes to the glaze.

  3. Make it your own: Try swapping sweet chilli sauce for buffalo sauce or BBQ sauce for different flavours.

Final Thoughts

Sweet Chili Cauliflower Wings are an irresistible combination of crispy, sticky, sweet, and spicy. They’re an easy to make and sure to win over even the staunchest sceptics of plant-based dishes.

Try these wings for your next gathering or dinner, and watch them disappear in minutes!
